I have a lot of experience with InvisibleShield protection material so I will compare this product to it, although admittedly they are different products with somewhat different objectives.

Pros of Lexerd:

1) Very easy to install (much easier than I.S. because it’s less flexible and doesn’t droop over your finger and stick to it, and it doesn’t require that you wet the screen beforehand). Perfect fit for my digital camera’s screen too. I’ve used I.S. where the fit has definitely been less than perfect.

2) Anti-glare (I.S. isn’t)

3) Although I haven’t “field-tested” it, by all appearances the material looks strong and should protect the screen well.

Downside:

Although the packaging states this is a “crystal clear” product, it is in fact nowhere near crystal clear. It introduces grain, as the previous reviewer mentions.

The Lexerd Anti-glare Screen Protector is easy to install. Just follow the included instructions and you shouldn’t have any problems unless you happen to be in a very dusty area. This product does the job of protecting the LCD panel and reducing glare but it also degrades the LCD image and causes it to look grainy. If you want the image on the LCD panel to be as sharp as possible, don’t use this or any other anti-glare screen protector. However, if you use the camera outdoors in bright sunlight, the benefits out weigh the negatives.

The TrueVue is a great anti-glare screen protector for my digital camera. It was easy to install and proved its worth on a recent trip to Puerto Vallarta where the beach glare was terrific. I installed the protector while in PV and noticed an immediate difference in much less screen glare.

I purcheased three of these units from the company to use on my IPhone 4G. I knew that there was a chance that I would mess one up appying it. In fact even though I did it very carefully, in my office, the slightest amount of dust created problems and it ultimately took threee protectors before I was happy. Unfortunately, the third protector lasted about a week in my pants pocket before it started to delaminate from the phone. I have applied and used other brands that lasted for months before looking awful. I find this brand to be too flimsey and difficult to install and would not recommend it. There are other, better choices available.
